Basic Common Sense Terms.
- If we send wrong goods, faulty or within the warranty period we will organise the shipping to get a new item/s to you and collect the wrong/faulty item, some items will have to be sorted out by the manufacturers.
- If it is your error, you will need to send back to us recorded, but contact us first to check which warehouse it has to go to.
- Please let us know about missing items, damage or errors within 14 days, otherwise after this date we have to charge a 20% restocking fee and will not refund p&p.
- Any extra keys cut for locks will not be refunded.
