Basic Common Sense Terms.

  1. If we send wrong goods, faulty or within the warranty period we will organise the shipping to get a new item/s to you and collect the wrong/faulty item, some items will have to be sorted out by the manufacturers.
  2. If it is your error, you will need to send back to us recorded, but contact us first to check which warehouse it has to go to.
  3. Please let us know about missing items, damage or errors within 14 days, otherwise after this date we have to charge a 20% restocking fee and will not refund p&p.
  4. Any extra keys cut for locks will not be refunded.
  5. LockMonster.co.uk, our office address is at Office/admin only (no stock kept here), This is us: Mr D Walsh, c/o Truly Scrumptious (LockMonster) 5 High Street, Poole, Dorset, BH15 1AB.
  6. Contact us for return of locks as we use different warehouses and not above address as this is only admin.
