Operation - Locking inside/outside:
- Lift handle, hook bolts engage in strikers
- Handle returns to the horizontal position
- A single turn of the key deadlocks the latchbolt
- Pressure on the handle downwards meets resistance as latchbolt and hookbolts are blocked
Operation - Unlocking inside/outside:
- A single turn of key unlocks the latchbolt
- Press handle downwards to disengage latchbolt and hookbolts
- Handle returns to horizontal position
Additional information:
- Distance between hooks = 1765mm
- Faceplate width = 20mm
- Backset - 50mm (picture shows both sizes)
- New version does not have the central bar running behind the faceplate
- Handle/furniture to suit: lever/lever with 70mm centres and 7mm spindle
- (picture shows 40mm)
